Drinkers raised a glass to Matthew Marren - landlord of Oxford's Old Bookbinders - as the pub hosted its third beer and whisky festival, 'Octobeer'.
More than 15 beers and 12 whiskies were on offer during the four-day extravaganza, which ended on Sunday . Mr Marren, pictured, who runs the pub on the corner of Victor Street and Canal Street, in Jericho, said: "It's gone very well.
"We got all our regulars as well as ale lovers from further afield. People tend to make quite an effort to come to a festival like this."
