THE first draft proposals for new housing on the site of a former homeless hostel are set to be unveiled tomorrow.
Oxford City Council's housing company intend to build a mixture of open market and affordable housing on the site of the Lucy Faithfull House, which was demolished in Speedwell Street in late 2018.
