AARON WHITE, 27, of no fixed abode, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order issued by Oxford Magistrates Court on October 9 by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Ordered to pay £30 costs.

JAMES LEIGH, 52, of Kingston Road, Jericho, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order issued by Oxford Magistrates Court on February 13 by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Ordered to pay £50 costs.

ROBERT POCHEC, 48, of Luther Street, Oxford, was convicted of stealing a bluetooth speaker worth £84.99 from Jon Lewis at the Westgate Centre in Oxford on June 14. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

EDWARD HADLEY, 74, of Cresswell Close, Yarnton, admitted assaulting David Connahan by beating him at Didcot Parkway station on August 1. Also admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress on Station Road, Didcot, on the same day. Given a 24-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs, a £20 victim surcharge and £50 compensation.

HOLLY HUXFORD, 23, of Fettiplace, Milton-under-Wychwood, admitted drink-driving on Burford High Street on June 14. Had 58mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £200, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge and banned from driving for 14 months.

LUKE TANSLEY, 34, of Sycamore Way, Didcot, admitted speeding at 37mph in a 30mph zone on Steventon Road, Drayton, on November 29. Fined £70 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge. Licence endorsed with three points.

MARIAN-FLORIN MANEA, 35, of Ravencroft, Bicester, admitted stealing £783 worth of electric tools from Homebase in Bicester on February 11. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £783 compensation, £85 costs and a £40 victim surcharge.

MIHAIL ZAVJALOVS, 39, of Masons Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on Edmund Road, Oxford, on June 17. Had 80mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, over the 35mcg legal limit. Banned from driving for 42 months and ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge. Also ordered to take rehabilitation treatment for up to 10 days.

STEVEN JACKSON, 34, of Buckingham Crescent, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on a Chiltern Railways train between Bicester and Aylesbury on January 16 without having paid the fare. Fined £440 and ordered to pay compensation, a £44 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

AMANDA WRIGHT, 42, of Woodpiece Road, Upper Arncott, near Bicester, was convicted of travelling on a Chiltern Railways train between Bicester and High Wycombe on January 12 without having bought a ticket. Fined £440 and ordered to pay £760 compensation, £100 costs and a £44 victim surcharge.

ZOE MCNAB, 43, of Blissett Close, Harwell, near Didcot, admitted assaulting Charlotte Orchard by beating her in Didcot on December 6. Given a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £120 compensation and £50 costs.

JACK ORWA, 26, of Garners Field, Great Bourton, was convicted of criminally damaging a TV, window and ceilings tiles at Ladbrokes in Banbury on June 3. Given a community order including an eight-week curfew with electronic monitoring. Also ordered to pay £500 compensation and £100 costs, to be recovered from benefit payments.

MARTYN SEARSON, 36, of Cresswell Close, Yarnton, admitted stealing £445 worth of sports clothing from JD Sports in Oxford on March 21. Given a four-week prison sentence to run concurrently with an existing sentence. Also ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

MICHAEL JONES, 33, of Divinity Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements after being released from prison by failing to attend scheduled meetings or keep in touch with probation officer as directed. Fined £140 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

JOHN GRAVES, 68, of Oxford Road, Hampton Poyle, admitted dishonestly failing to tell the Department for Work and Pensions about a change in his circumstances that would affect his entitlement to pension credit, namely that he was in paid employment in excess of the permitted limits. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £25 victim surcharge.

RAFAL GOLOMBEK, 43, of no fixed address, admitted stealing two bottles of alcohol, worth a total of £45, from Sainsburys at the Westgate Centre in Oxford on March 21, and another bottle worth £25 on June 3. Ordered to do 80 hours of unpaid work and attend alcohol rehabilitation treatment for three months. Also ordered to pay £70 compensation, an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

VINCENT MARSH, 39, of Tower Close, Abingdon, admitted obstructing a police constable in the execution of their duty at Tower Close on May 8. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

PAUL BOWDEN, 45, of The Drive, Enstone, near Chipping Norton, was convicted of driving without insurance at Newton Abbot in Devon on October 4. Fined £250 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Not given any points on licence because magistrates accepted that he had an honest belief there was insurance on the vehicle based on his history of working with the same company.

MARK O'NEILL, 56, of Oxford Crescent, Didcot, admitted criminally damaging a Toyota Yaris belonging to Valerie Thwaites in North Moreton, near Didcot, on March 2. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £250 compensation and a £30 victim surcharge.

WILL POUGET, 44, of Hurst Rise Road, Oxford, admitted speeding at 38mph in a 30mph zone on Woodstock Road, Oxford, on October 7. Fined £500 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. Licence endorsed with three points.

ARTURS DIMPERS, 27, of Pebble Drive, Didcot, admitted stealing food, drink and money from a series of pubs in Wales with an accomplice, Petris Pune. Firstly stole £530 worth of food, drinks and money from the Sandpiper pub in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, on October 1. The following day stole £350 worth from The Bagle Brook in Port Talbot. And, on another date in October, stole money from a gambling machine at a Brewers Fayre pub in Fford Tirwaun. Ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay a total of £1,000 compensation to the three pubs, as well as £85 court costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
