LESS than half of the city households flooded in July have applied for the council cash they are eligible for.
About 200 properties were identified as eligible for the £250 grant offered by Oxford City Council, but so far only 67 flood-hit residents have asked for the money.
And 44 of the applicants have also applied for additional hardship fund money.
Time is running out for residents yet to register, as the deadline for applications is the end of the month.
