All lanes have now re-opened following a crash involving two cars and a lorry on the A40 before Headington Roundabout.
One lane was closed on the A40 Eastbound towards Thornhill Park and Ride but there is still heavy traffic.
There was also a lamppost that had fallen on the road.
The accident happened on the A40 before the Headington Roundabout.

On the roundabout, lane one (of two) was closed and traffic was affected on the approach.
Oxfordshire County Council tweeted an alert this afternoon.

There is still also heavy traffic on the A40 Northern Bypass Road heading towards Eynsham following a crash on the road.
