AT LEAST seven houses on a new residential estate were burgled on the same night.
Thieves stole boilers from homes in Sage Close, Banbury, at some point between 5.30pm on Friday and 10am yesterday.
Police have asked anyone with information, or anyone who saw anything suspicious, to call 101 quoting 43190196665.
The properties targeted were part of the new Davidsons Homes development.

In April burglars took boilers from eight properties at the Heyford Homes site in Carterton.
At the time, police said 'men and unknown vehicles' were seen in the vicinity.
Commenting on that article, one reader said 22 boilers had been stolen from homes in Barton Park in Oxford in March, although police did not confirm this.
The force has not clarified if the incidents are thought to have been linked.
