A 'WARM and homely' preschool has maintained the highest possible Ofsted praise after taking on new management.
Paddocks Pre-School in Wallingford has been re-awarded the top 'outstanding' rating, after it impressed inspectors during a visit in May.
A new report from the regulator states: "The managers and chairperson are extremely passionate about their roles and are committed to providing the very best learning experiences for children.
"New managers have ensured the quality of the provision has remained exceptional.
"Staff plan imaginative and exciting activities to engage children."

The report added: "Children have fantastic opportunities to learn about the world around them, nature and how to take care of living creatures and plants."
The preschool had 65 children on roll during the visit, aged two-five.
