England coach Brian Ashton turned to his old warhorses to drag his side into a World Cup final, but South Africa coach Jake White has a different animalto thank for his team's progress in France - because the Boks have their very own cheetah.

Bryan Habana scored two tries in his team's semifinal win over Argentina to equal Jonah Lomu's World Cup try-scoring record, and set up a clash with the world champions in Paris.

The jet-heeled winger has crossed the line eight times in this tournament and now has a chance of breaking the giant All Black's record, but Bryan Gary Habana is not focused on any personal landmarks.

"The tournament's not about any one individual, it's about everyone making a contribution," he said.

"It's great to equal the record, I'm really chuffed, but at the end of the day it won't mean anything if we don't win. There's something really special about this team at the moment, but we've still got one more hurdle left for our goal."

Habana, one of five nominations for the IRB Player of the Year, showed why he is regarded as the deadliest finisher in world rugby with two sparkling tries against the Pumas.

His 60-metre try in the first half, when he chipped the ball over Lucas Borges, was followed up with an 80-metre interception score late on to seal the Springboks win.

South Africa will go into the final as overwhelming favourites to win the Webb Ellis Cup for a second time after thumping England 36-0 in the pool stage, but Habana said the Springboks were not taking anything for granted.

"Four weeks ago, Jonny Wilkinson wasn't playing," he said.

"Tactically, it will probably be one hell of a game. Jonny is not a world champion for nothing.

"I think Jonny has brought a bit of experience back to the side. You can't buy that or pick it up off the street, it has made a big difference."
