A VIDEO has captured the dramatic moment flames tore through a vehicle outside a recovery firm in Carterton.
The burnt out remains of a vehicle can be made out as smoke billows in to the air, and flames rip through the wreckage.

The video was filmed by onlooker Radu Ana at the scene outside CVR recovery firm in Ventura Business Park.
It is not known if the vehicle is part of the company but the video appears to show the flames having spread to the company's building and burnt the frontage.
It happened shortly before 4pm on Saturday.
