DAVID AGUILAR REYES, 24, of Newman Road, Oxford, admitted being a driver of a vehicle and failing to stop after a road traffic accident at Abingdon Road, Oxford, on December 23 as well as driving without due care and attention, and without third party insurance. He was made subject to a community order to include 200 hours of unpaid work and compensation totalling £600 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

MUHAMMAD OSAMA ALI, 31, of Amory Close, Oxford, was convicted of driving without due care and attention on October 6 at Botley Road, Oxford. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Richard Edwin MARKWELL, 29, of Howard Street, Oxford, admitted stealing £60 of meat from Sainsbury's, Oxford, on October 16. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay compensation totalling £168.75 and court costs of £85.

WILLIAM POUGET, 44, of Wytham Street, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between October 16 and November 13 at Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

JOSEPH MARTIN ROBINSON, 37, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a rear windscreen of a car valued at £300 on April 18 at Pembroke Square, Oxford. He must pay compensation of £75.

JARDEL STANDING, 19, of Exbourne Road, Abingdon, admitted driving without a licence and without third party insurance on April 19 in Abingdon. He was fined a total of £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

DAVID JAMES COLLISON, 44, of Blackstock Close, Oxford, admitted two count sof assaulting a police officer and one of causing criminal damage to a jacket at Blackstock Close, Oxford, on April 10. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Christopher SINCLAIR, 54, of Somerton Road, Upper Heyford, admitted stealing alcohol, cheese and tea towels valued at £234 from Sainsbury's, Banbury, on March 19. He was jailed for four months suspended for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

MARCO NUNES, 44, of Walter Bigg Way, Wallingford, was convicted of speeding by driving 38 mph in a 30 mph area at Reading Road, Lower Basildon, on July 28. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

BENJAMIN KENT, 26, of New Roa, Bampton, was convicted of driving at a speed exceeding 70 mph in a 70 mph area at Tregullon Dip, Bodmin, Cornwall, on August 10. He was fined £517 and must pay a victim surcharge of £51 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 28 days.

ANDREW MCLAUGHLIN, 53, of Portal Drive North, Upper Heyford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on November 16 in Bicester. He was fined £461 and must pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 14 days.

TANSUKH RADIA, 60, of North Moreton, Didcot, was convicted of speeding by driving 53 mph in a 30 mph area in Cholsey on August 14. He was fined £650 and must pay a victim surcharge of £65 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Hannah RYAN, 38, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, was convicted of speeding by driving 39 mph in a 30 mph area at the A422 Wroxton, on November 24. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

KITENGE JAPHARY, 47, of Stowford Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 42 mph in a 30 mph area at Cuddesdon Road, Horspath, on September 20. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

WAYNE THORNHILL, 48, of Portway, Didcot, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between November 14 and December 12 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JACK WICKS, 23, of Collingwood Avenue, Didcot, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on April 23 in Didcot. Had 105 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include 50 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

MACIEJ KRYSIAK, 38, of Woodlands Road, Witney, admitted being drunk and disorderly in public and possession of cannabis at Market Square, Witney, on April 19. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

TANYA THOMSON, 38, of Ruskin Walk, Bicester, admitted stealing food and alcohol valued at £90.83 as well as stealing toiletries and a shaver valued at £83.30 from Sainsbury's, Bicester, on April 19 as well as failing to surrender to custody and breaching a conditional discharge. She was fined a total of £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

JACK CHAPPLE, 30, of Cope Close, Oxford, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on March 13 at the A418 Tiddington. Had 50 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

PATRYK GRYZE, 23, of Ivy Lane, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis when requested on April 23 in Abingdon. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Derek IVES, 39, of Green Road, Kidlington, admitted driving above the limit for cannabis on February 10 in Kidlington. Fined £120, victim surcharge £30, £85 costs, disqualified for 12 months.
