SUSAN CHRISTINE FORBES, 28, of Aldous Drive, Bloxham, admitted driving without a licence and over the legal alcohol limit on March 24 at Adderbury. Had 66 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

DEREK CLAUDE HIMPSON, 35, of no fixed abode, admitted being drunk and disorderly at Britwell Road, Didcot on April 4 as well as using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and compensation of £100.

BEN BRAHAM, 26, of Hampden Avenue, Thame, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between December 3 and 31 at Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MANDY CARN, 60, of Heather Close, Carterton, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between December 7 and January 4 at Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

SAMANTHA MARIE DAVENPORT, 23, of Asquith Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without a licence and without third party insurance on February 15 and 16 at Didcot. She was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with seven penalty points.

IAIN HATCH, 39, of Millington Road, Wallingford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between January 15 and February 12 at Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

BRUCE LINDLEY, 53, of Middle Hill, Hook Norton, was convicted of speeding by driving 69 mph in a 50 mph area at the A34 Wytham on October 4. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

Melvin MERRITT, 39, of Keble Road, Bicester, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on December 19 at Bicester. He was fined £480 and must pay a victim surcharge of £48 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Charlie DAVID MURRAY, 27, of Tamar Crescent, Bicester, was convicted of driving without a licence, without third party insurance and without a valid road test certificate at Banbury Road, Bicester, on December 7. He was fined £660 and must pay court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KAREEM SHEHAB, 26, of Temple Street, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 46 mph in a 30 mph area at Banbury Road, Oxford, on October 4. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

Carl WAYNE SIMPSON, 36, of Roxburgh Drive, Didcot, was convicted of speeding by driving 48 mph in a 30 mph area at Basingstoke Road on October 4. He was fined £246 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

Christopher William Peter WAITE, 36, of Middleton Road, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on December 20 at Croft Road, Aylesbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Jamie WEBSTER, 25, of Faulkner Street, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without a driving licence and without third party insurance on December 13 at Oxford. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.

AMY WILSON, 38, of Warren Mead, Thame, was convicted of speeding by driving 51 mph in a 30 mph area at the A40 London Road. Postcombe on October 10. She was fined £573 and must pay a victim surcharge of £57 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

James COOPER, 35, of West Street, Banbury, admitted burglary by stealing chocolate bars, DVDs and HP computer memory sticks from WH Smith, Banbury, on June 15. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days and unpaid work for 80 hours. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85.

JAMIE AUSTIN, 21, of Oliver Road, Oxford, admitted driving above the legal drug limit for cannabis and cocaine on October 28 at Oxford. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and unpaid work for 80 hours. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

CRAIG SIMMONDS, 20, of Collins Street, Oxford, was convicted of failing to stop when requested by a constable and driving without third party insurance and failing to comply with a red traffic light on March 20 at Abingdon Road, Oxford. He was also convicted of four counts of driving while disqualified, four counts of driving without insurance, one of driving without due care and attention and one of failing to stop. He was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for two years and must subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days and unpaid for 100 hours. He must also pay court costs totalling £1,550 and a victim surcharge of £115 and he was disqualified from driving for two years.

GEORGE MANEA, 18, of Bledington, Oxfordshire, admitted using a vehicle without third party insurance and without a licence on January 22 at Witney. He was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for three months.

LIZA ROLLS, 52, of Sharland Close, Grove, admitted breaching a restraining order at Wantage on February 17 as well as breaching a suspended sentence. She was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85.

KEVIN TAPPIN, 50, of Medhurst Way, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman on April 12 at Oxford. Conditional discharge for 12 months. £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
