PLANS for flats at an old MOT garage have been withdrawn.
Developers had submitted ideas to build a mix of one and two-bedroom flats at the site on Lime Walk in Headington.
Four neighbours had submitted public comments, objecting to the ideas.
One resident explained: "This is a gross overdevelopment."
Another added that it was an 'inappropriate site for social housing'.
