OXFORDSHIRE County Council is warning motorists to expect delays on the M40 near Bicester, after reports of a crash.
One lane is reportedly blocked on the southbound carriageway of the motorway near Junction 9, at Wendlebury, with traffic now stretching back nearly as far as Islip.

There is also some queing around the nearby roundabout, where the A34 meets the A41.
Google maps suggests there has been a crash, with reports suggesting it involved an HGV and a car.
Elsewhere this morning, there is still queueing in the Headington area following a broken down vehicle which was cleared around an hour and a half ago.
