A ROAD close to the Oxford Airport runway was closed tonight due to a crash.
The A4095 Upper Campsfield Road was shut both ways between Bladon Roundabout and Banbury Road at Shipton-on-Cherwell, and remained so as of 8.45pm this evening.

The Straight Mile road, which also borders the land around the runway, also has restricted access as a result of the collision.

Details of the crash are not yet known, but according to the AA traffic map, it was first reported at about 7pm.
The road is more than a mile long and the entire stretch is closed.
