A PERVERT who was caught exposing his genitals to women and children in north Oxfordshire has been handed a community penalty.
Flasher Macauley Sharp, of Causeway, Banbury, appeared at Oxford Magistrates' Court yesterday having already pleaded guilty to three counts of exposure and one of failing to surrender to custody.
On the first instance the 19-year old was in his car when he called to a dog walker for directions on December 18 in Bicester.
When she approached she saw him performing a sex act in his car.
Later, on March 23 the same woman saw him in the same car again exposing himself.
On January 11 he was passing by a young child with his penis exposed which the girl described later as him performing a sex act.
At police interview he admitted exposure and said it was for 'sexual gratification' and that he wanted others to see him.
In mitigation yesterday his defence barrister said his client was 'remorseful'.
He must complete 30 rehabilitation days, 10 days programme requirement, 100 hours of unpaid work and pay £200 compensation.
