Shoppers at the Westgate Centre Picture Oxford Mail
The Westgate Centre will be transformed into a seasonal spring fiesta for shoppers over the bank holiday weekend.
On Saturday and Sunday, from 11am, shoppers on the rooftop will be treated to face painting, sampling, offers and freebies from retailers.
