RAJWINDER KAUR, 43, of Ferriston, Banbury, admitted speeding at 39mph in a 30mph zone in Aynho Road, Adderbury, on August 10. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30. Three penalty points.

DOVULA VELYVYTE, 18, of Cricket Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her at Plush Nightclub in Cornmarket, Oxford, on March 29. Must pay compensation of £100 and court costs of £85.

CHERISH ALYSIA CURTIS, 22, of Bennett Road, Faringdon, admitted causing £22 worth of criminal damage to the window panes at The Bell Inn, Faringdon, on January 3 and assaulting a woman by beating her on January 3. Must pay £297 compensation.

DANIEL LEWIS OAKES, 32, of Foscote Rise, Banbury, admitted stealing meat worth £56.05 from Sainsbury’s in Templars Shopping Centre, Oxford, on March 28. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

BEN JOEL MARTIN WEBBER, 38, of Paradise Street, Oxford, admitted stealing alcohol worth £118 from Sainsbury’s in Crown Walk, Bicester, on January 29, 2018, stealing a £45 speaker from Sainsbury’s in Crown Walk, Bicester, on June 8, stealing a Bush soundbar worth £40 from Sainsbury’s in the Pioneer Centre, Bicester on June 20, stealing a Blaupunkt stereo worth £50 from Sainsbury’s in the Pioneer Centre, Bicester on July 9 and stealing a box of Budweiser worth £14 from Sainsbury’s in the Pioneer Centre, Bicester, on July 10. A community order was made and he must attend drug rehabilitation treatment for 12 months. Must pay £150 compensation.

GAVIN MICHAEL ASHTON, 34, of Cherwell Avenue, Kidlington, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence on October 24 . Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for six months.

KATHRYN ANN WARD, 60, of Church Street, Charlbury, admitted speeding at 35mph in a 30mph zone in High Street, Bloxham, on August 4. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

HANNAH REBECCA BARR, 25, of Nursery Drive, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Oxford Railway Station, on March 31. Fined £200, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

LEON HARVEY, 42, of Windmill Road, Oxford, admitted racially aggravated harassment, alarm or distress in that he used threatening, abusive or insulting words towards a man in Mereland Road, Abingdon, on March 31. A community order was made and he must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Must pay £50 compensation, an £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

CAMILLA WINIFRED ROSE HULEWICZ, 19, of Church Lane, Witney, admitted drink-driving in New Road, Long Hanborough, on March 30. Had 112mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. A community order was made and she must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Must pay a £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

JOHN RESIDE, 27, of Hogarth Place, Abingdon, admitted drink-driving in Ladder Hill, Wheatley, on March 29. Had 62mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Fined £400, must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

NATHAN STEWART RICHENS, 25, of Crabtree Lane, Drayton, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on March 31 at Drayton. He was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.;

STEVIE JADE GRIGE TIMPERLEY, 31, of Finchdale Close, Carterton, admitted stealing champagne valued at £114 at Marks and Spencer, Witney, on December 24 and washing powder valued at £42 from Co-Op, Oxford on December 20 and assaulting a man at February 24 at Witney as well as breaching a previously imposed community order. She was jailed for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months and made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation requirement for 12 months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 30 days. She must also pay compensation totalling £117, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

JANUSZ LACH, 52, of Newlands Way, Cholsey, admitted being in charge of a motor vehicle while above the legal alcohol limit on April 13 at Benson and using a vehicle without third party insurance. Had 94mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for six months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days and must carry out unpaid work for 80 hours. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85, court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for three years.

STUART DALE PRINGLE, 43, of Cherwell Street, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on Cowley Road, Oxford, on December 30. Had 63mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. He was fined £162 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £500 and disqualified from driving for 18 months.

MATTHEW JONATHAN WEBB, 37, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a Xcam drone with HD camera valued at £44.99 from Rymans of Oxford, Queen Street, on December 23. He was jailed for three months suspended for two years and must pay compensation of £44.99.

BRITTANY HOPE MILLAR, 22, of St Hildas Close, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on a railway between Marylebone and Haddenham & Thame Parkway without previously paying a fare of £20.90 on September 7. She was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £20.90, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £100.

SHIRIN O’NEIL, 24, of Kiln Lane, Oxford, was convicted of travelling on a railway between Marylebone and Bicester Village without previously paying a fare of £32.60. She was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £32.60, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £100.

LUKE JOE BERRY, 31, of Taylor Close, Faringdon, admitted stealing two bottles of wine valued at £20.98 from Marks and Spencers at the BP Garage, Woodstock Road, Oxford, on July 22 as well as breaching a previously imposed six-month conditional discharge made at Oxford Magistrates’ Court for an offence of causing criminal damage. He was made subject to a community order to include 60 hours of unpaid work, compensation of £10, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.
