MORRIS men and women danced until they dropped as they fulfilled a bank holiday tradition.
Eynsham Morris paraded through the West Oxfordshire village throughout Monday afternoon, before ending the evening with music and singing in the White Hart pub.
The performance, known as the 'first day of dance', started at midday and took the group from the village square, to the Rainbow House Chinese Takeaway, the Jolly Sportsman restaurant and The Swan Hotel.
Remember When: Morris men danced through the floodAfter a break at 4pm, they were back out at 6pm to tour the rest of the village, with the festivities finally ending late at night.
A post on the group's Facebook page said: "It was a brilliant day to start off the year. The new members did really well.
"You know when it's time for bed when the pub clock lets you know that you've been at it for twelve hours."
