Lane closed on ring road due to broken down lorry
A BROKEN down HGV caused delays on Oxford's Eastern Bypass this morning, with one lane blocked for several hours.
The lane was closed southbound from around 7.30am and there was slow traffic throughout rush hour between Headington roundabout and the Risinghurst turn.

Delays were also reported from the roundabout to Forest Hill on the A40, with traffic returned to normal by 10am.
