JACK SAVORETTI is among a host of new acts announced today for this year's Big Feastival.

The food, music and entertainment festival – held in Blur bassist Alex James' Farm near Kingham in the Cotswolds – is a firm favourite with Oxfordshire foodies.

Prue Leith, Raymond Blanc and Candice Brown are among a mouthwatering spread of culinary names already announced. Today saw guest chefs Mark Hix, Chantelle Nicholson and Robin Gill added to the festival. which offers a rare chance to see live demonstrations and find out tricks of the kitchen, hosted by Chris Baber.

New music acts announced include Jack Savoretti, rock band Sleeper, singer-songwriter Bessie Turner and hip-hop DJ Grandmaster Flash, who join a line-up headlined by Rudimental (Friday), Jess Glynne (Saturday) and Elbow (Sunday).

The Zutons, Lewis Capaldi and Fun Loving Criminals will also make an appearance, while Oxford band Little Brother Eli will be on the BBC Introducing stage.

Children's entertainment is also on offer at the August bank holiday weekend event, including Dick & Dom, Peppa Pig and Paw Patrol.
