SARAH BRIGGS, 44, of Chipperfield Park Road, Bloxham, admitted failing to ensure her child was regularly attending school at the Warriner School, Banbury, between September 6 and December 11. Conditionally discharged for 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

TINA ANN MERRY-TAYLOR, 46, of Winchelsea Close, Banbury, admitted failing to ensure her child was regularly attending school at the North Oxfordshire Academy, Banbury between September 6 and December 20. Fined £110, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £176.

APARECIDA ROCHA, 54, of Gillett Road, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Gillett Road, Banbury, on February 18. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

AARON JOHN SAVIN, 27, of Banbury Road, Kidlington, admitted a racially aggravated common assault in St Giles, Oxford, on February 17. A community order was made and he must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. Must pay £150 compensation, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

KAMIL KAZIMIERZ, 26, of Woodgreen Avenue, Banbury, admitted drink driving in West Bar Street, Banbury, on March 19. Had 71mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Fined £350, must pay a victim surcharge of £35 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

EMANUEL PAWEL LISZKO, 33, of Hawthorn Close, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Knights Road, Oxford, on March 18. Had 76mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Fined £120, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

JOHN RICHARD HAWKINS, 49, of Wood Farm Road, Headington, admitted assaulting a man by beating him and stealing £44.49 worth of alcohol from the Co-Op in London Road, Oxford, on March 4. A community order was made and he must have treatment for drug dependency for 12 months. Must pay £85 compensation.

OWEN MCTAGGART, 33, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted receiving stolen goods, namely a mobile phone, £110 in cash, a phone charger, pair of trainers and a bag, belonging to a man in Banbury on July 11. Fined £80, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

JONATHAN BENTLEY, 35, of no fixed address, admitted handling stolen goods, namely prescriptions and two GP stamps from the GP Surgery in Evenlode House, Bicester between January 31 and April 1. Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, suspended for 24 months. Must have treatment for drug dependency for 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.

JASON LEE WASHBOURNE, 22, of Fane Drive, Berinsfield, admitted speeding at 64mph in a 50mph zone on the A34 at Hinksey on October 4. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.
