HOUSEHOLD waste sites in Oxfordshire will be closed for 'deep clean' days during May.
Oxfordshire County Council's sites in Alkerton, Ardley, Drayton, Stanford, Oakley Wood and Redbridge will close for two days each so cleaning and maintenance can take place.
Householders are being asked to plan ahead for the closures, ideally holding on to waste until the site reopens or, if that is not possible, visiting a neighbouring site.
The full list of closure dates are:
- Alkerton - Wednesday 8 & Thursday 9
- Ardley - Tuesday 14 & Wednesday 15
- Drayton - Thursday 16 & Friday 17
- Stanford - Tuesday 21 & Wednesday 22
- Oakley Wood- Thursday 23 & Friday 24
- Redbridge - Wednesday 29 & Thursday 30
