The cash comes from proceeds of Mr Harvey's book, 65 Knot Out, celebrating the history of his business.
It means he has given more than £2,100 to the hospice, which cared for Mr Harvey's partner, Chrissie Curry, a former mayor of Witney who died in 2015.
