The Westgate Centre is giving away £3,000 – but there's a catch.

To win one of the prizes, which total up to 3k, shoppers must solve a riddle in one minute or less.

Over the weekend a giant rabbit will be roaming the shopping centre with a basket full of questions.

Shoppers need to stop the 'Easter bunny' which has escaped from the rooftop's new escape room.

The prizes can be redeemed in the hotspots on the mall's Roof Terrace and include a family pizza masterclass at Pizza Pilgrims, cinema tickets, and gift cards to spend at The Alchemist, Dirty Bones, Nando's, Sticks 'n' Sushi, cinnamon Kitchen, Victors, Pho, The Breakfast Club or any of the foodie hotspots on the top deck.

Bosses at the Westgate will also be running a giveaway online.

A white rabbit will be hidden on its website, and visitors will need to share a picture of him on social media to win a gift card which can been used anywhere in the £440m shopping hub.

Brendan Hattam, General Manager of Westgate Oxford, said: “We’re looking forward to the long weekend, the perfect opportunity to soak up some sunshine on our Roof Terrace.

"Spotting Escape Hunt’s White Rabbit in the centre could certainly brighten up some puzzle-savvy visitors’ Easter, with prizes worth more than £2,000 on Easter Sunday alone, and we can’t wait to discover the answers to his riddles.”

Another manager at the Westgate, Harry Charlton – who is in charge of the escape room, said: “With our White Rabbit on the loose, we’re excited to reward eagle-eyed shoppers who can help us track him down!

"We can’t wait to give out so many awesome prizes to some top-notch code-crackers in Westgate.”

The rabbit loaded with the goodies will be walking around on Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday at 12pm and again at 4pm.
