A WEST Oxfordshire church has been given permission to expand its cemetery.
St Michael & All Angels Church in Leafield, near Witney, will build the extension behind its existing cemetery.
The site is located in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, but West Oxfordshire District Council planning officers said the new development would not negatively affect this.

Once the cemetery's boundaries have been agreed then burials can begin.
