A BBC presenter cut the ribbon on a new housing development for the elderly in Chipping Norton.
Gloria Hunniford celebrated the grand opening of McCarthy and Stone's new Retirement Living Plus development, Watson Place, on Trinity Road.
The site features a collection of 59 privately-owned one and two bedroom Retirement Living Plus apartments.

The homes are designed for people aged 70 and over and give homeowners 'tailored domestic and personal assistance packages' for their day-to-day lives.
