MORE violence and sexual offences were reported to Thames Valley Police in January than bike thefts.
In Oxford central, 76 violent and sexual acts were reported to the force – 20 per cent of the 366 crimes. 61 bikes were reported stolen, and the majority of the investigations were closed after no suspect was identified.
