THE daughter of a missing Oxford woman has issued a heartfelt appeal for help in finding her mother.

Sophie Haines described the fortnight since her mother, Lorraine went missing as a ‘surreal nightmare’ as police say they are becoming increasingly concerned about the 55-year-old’s welfare.

Lorraine Easom, known to family and friends as Claudia, was last seen on Friday, March 8 in Harpes Road, Summertown.

In an emotional appeal, Ms Haines described her mother as a ‘loving person’ and an ‘amazing mum’ adding: “I really miss her so much. I just want her home.”

In a tearful plea directed to her mother she said: “I really miss you and I love you.

She added: “I’m really struggling without you and I need you.

“I think you need me and everybody else.

“There are so many people that love you and want you to be ok and want to wrap you up in love.
