THERE is still a chance for residents to have their say on whether to build 38 flats and houses on the site of a former petrol station in Cowley.
Development proposals for the Between Towns Road land, which is owned by Oxford City Council, were submitted in December.

Neighbours were initially asked to share their views by January 20, with many sharing concerns the 'car-free' proposals would lead to a 'flood' of vehicles on nearby St Omer Road.
There was also fears a foot and cycle path next to the former Murco garage would be lost after police advised of safety risks.

People are able to comment on the plans via oxford.gov.uk until April 3.
