HOWARD BARRETT, 70, of Clive Road, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis when suspected of having driven a vehicle in Abingdon Police Station on February 6. Community order made and he was placed under curfew for six weeks between the hours of 8pm and 11.59pm. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. JERMAINE JONES, 36, of Nuffield Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Hollow Way, Oxford, on February 19. Community order made and he was excluded from the Corner House Public House in Oxford for 12 months. Must carry out 150 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months. LESLEY PEARSON, 54, of Croxford Gardens, Kidlington, admitted drink driving in Banbury Road, Kidlington, on February 6. Had 116mcgs in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Community order made and she must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 28 months.

DAVID PAINTIN, 38, of no fixed address, admitted dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely a UK driving licence belonging to a man, in Oxford on August 28 and stealing a bicycle worth £850 from a man in Magdalen Road, Oxford, on August 8. Community order made and he must have treatment for drug dependency for nine months. Must pay compensation of £200.

JACK ALLEN, 33, of Oxford Road, Kidlington, admitted causing criminal damage worth £353.30 to the front door of Ladbroke's in Kidlington on May 26. Fined £230, must pay compensation of £353.30, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ARKADIUSZ TOWAREK, 21, of Egrove Close, Oxford, admitted attempting to steal alcohol, DVDs and paint brushes worth £182 from Asda in Wheatley on November 29 and stealing Blu-rays, DVDs, toiletries and other items worth £265.39 from Asda in Wheatley on November 5. Community order made and he must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £300.
