LAURA PULLIN, 32, of Parsons Mead, Abingdon, admitted drink driving on the A34, southbound in north Abingdon on February 3. Had 54mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Fined £240, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 15 months.

JOHN PEREGRIN, 24, of Robey Avenue, Faringdon, admitted committing fraud by false representation by claiming he was the authorised user of a Lloyds bank account to purchase for sports shoes and other items worth £536.96. A community order was made and he must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

WILLIAM PARK, 21, of Morrell Close, Kidlington, admitted threatening to smash the windows belonging to a woman in Banbury Road, Oxford, on February 1. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £45.

NATASHA BANTA and ZOE DREWETT, both of Spencer Crescent, Oxford, admitted being the parents of a child who was failing to regularly attend school between July 9 and November 23. Fined £80, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £88.

DAVID LANE, of Nursery Close, Oxford, was convicted of being the parent of a child who was failing to regularly attend school between September 6 and December 21. Fined £440, must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £176.

SAMANTHA CRANSTON, 52, of Croft Road, Marston, was convicted of being the parent of a child who was failing to regularly attend school between March 14 and July 5. A community order was made and she must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work, must pay a victim surcharge of £85, court costs of £113.

NATHAN BOWELL, 25, of Cherwell Drive, Oxford, admitted fraud by false representation in Botley on November 19 and stealing three credit cards belonging to a woman from Kennington Road, Oxford, on November 18. Must pay £51.68 compensation.

LEONARD KUNGU, 43, of London Road, Headington, admitted drink driving in High Street, Oxford, on February 4. Had 136mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Sentenced to four months in prison, suspended for 12 months. Must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Disqualified from driving for 32 months.
