The specialist role supports people with dementia and their families, who were also invited to the event at The Orders of St John Care Trust (OSJCT) home.
Two of the company's Admiral Nurses, Angie Williams and Rose Elliot, also attended.
Home manager, Anna Odeyemi, said: "Living with dementia is a different experience for everyone and OSJCT’s Admiral Nurses do such important work in supporting families."
