BOLD, bright and beautiful colours burst through Bicester Village yesterday to welcome in spring.

The designer outlet in Pingle Drive hosted a 'colour walk' to mark to turning of the season and launch its Spring Fever campaign.

Crowds of artists and designers took the village street to parade in the their brightly-coloured ensembles past unwitting shoppers.

The campaign, inspired by Maryam Eisler’s Voices East London, celebrates the artists and designers of the London hub.

The walk was followed by a panel talk ‘East meets West’ mediated by arts writer Farah Nayeri and featuring several artists from the Voices of East London project.

Bicester Village said the walk is part of its commitment to providing artistic opportunities and on April 23 there will be a pop-up for works from those involved in the walk.
