Frank Bruno
BOXING legend Frank Bruno has thanked fans for messages of support after he was rushed to the Horton General in Banbury with pneumonia on Sunday.
Posting on Twitter he said: "Thank you for all the well wishes I’ve been reading them all I feel like I’m finally starting to mend. I’ve certainly never felt so ill - pneumonia... you’ve been a knockout."
In an earlier message Bruno's manager had thanked staff at the hospital for their care.
The former heavyweight champ was admitted while on his way back from a speaking gig in Yorkshire.
