Lane closed and queuing traffic after M40 crash
TRAFFIC tailbacks were stretching back for almost eight miles on the M40 following a crash.
It is thought the collision happened at the Wendlebury Interchange near Bicester at about 7am this morning.
Delays are affecting southbound traffic and queues were stretching back to the Northamptonshire border as of 7.50am.
One lane was closed but had reopened by 7.45am, however, when delays were starting to clear.
