A BROKEN down car caused delays for drivers on the A34 southbound this morning.
The vehicle partially blocked one lane of the carriageway between the Marcham and Milton interchanges, with queues stretching back beyond Marcham at 7.30am.

This comes after another broken down vehicle caused three miles of delays from Milton towards junction 13 of the M4 yesterday morning.

Elsewhere, a crash on the A417 Reading Road near The Hare pub in West Hendred, near Wantage, has been cleared.
Traffic heading east is now easing after previously queueing back to Wantage.
