OLD offices on a residential street could become a new school for around 30 foreign students if plans are given the go-ahead by Oxford City Council.
The small office building is hidden behind some town houses on Hurst Street in East Oxford.
It could soon be turned into a language school run by City College Oxford.
Plans which have been submitted to Oxford City Council last week
In their plans to change the use of the building legally to a place where people can go to study, planners wrote how a maximum of 30 students will go to the school itself to learn English.
The students will be over 18 and will live with host families when they come to stay for up to 44 weeks at a time.
