Ofsted described subject leaders as 'passionate and well-informed' and governors as 'committed and enthusiastic'.
The inspector noted that PE was a particular strength, adding: "Pupils are highly attentive in PE and they strive to do well.
"As a result, the school is the only school in Oxfordshire to have been awarded the platinum Sports Mark for school games."
The report also said the school helped pupils to 'develop a love of reading' and 'gain a strong understanding of the world around them through the carefully planned and enriched curriculum'.
The school, led by headteacher Anita Leech, was last inspected last year and was also rated 'good'.
