A CRASH on Oxford’s southern by-pass is causing long tailbacks this afternoon.
One lane has been closed following the incident on the A423 Westbound at Abingdon Road.
Traffic is queuing towards the Hinksey Hill Interchange.

It is not yet clear if anyone was injured in the collision.
Oxfordshire County Council tweeted a message warning of delays in the area.
