ATHANARSIOS VELTSOS, 25, of Lock Crescent, Kidlington, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance on July 26 at Lock Crescent, Kidlington. He was fined a total of £368 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JAMSHAID NASIB, 47, of T he Chestnuts, Abingdon, was convicted of assaulting a woman in Oxford on August 31. Community order made and he must carry out 180 hours of unpaid work and must pay compensation of £75, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £500

CALLUM DANIELS, 24, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 53 mph in a 30 mph area at Church Cowley Road, Oxford, on June 1. He was fined £480 and must pay a victim surcharge of £48 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

AARON PETERS, 36, of Hayday Close, Yarnton, admitted driving without third party insurance on October 9 at Milcombe. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Matthew THOMAS, 27, of Andersey Way, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding by driving 35 mph in a 30 mph area at Botley Road, Oxford on June 19. He was fined £75 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

DECLAIN DALLIMORE, 27, of Fleet Way, Didcot, was convicted of speeding by driving 63 mph in a 50 mph area at the A34 Botley interchange on May 17. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Ashley KENLOCK, 36, of Wytham View, Eynsham, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between July 16 and August 13 at Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

JAMES SMITH, 36, of Henley Road, Sandford-on-Thames, admitted causing criminal damage to an iPhone 6 mobile phone on December 15 at Waynflete Road, Oxford. He was fined £400 and must pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85

LIAM SAXTON, 27, of Fettiplace Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty in Fettiplace Road, Oxford, on November 12. Conditionally discharged for six months, must pay £200 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

JOHN FLOWER, 32, of Hilton Road, Banbury, admitted fraud by false representation by obtaining monies from two men in return for delivery of electronic goods without delivering them between December 1, 2017, and February 6, 2018 in Banbury. Community order made and he must carry out 150 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months, must pay a total of £2,120 compensation, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

JASON EL-ISSA, 31, of Morrell Avenue, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Cowley Road, Oxford, on November 4. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £600. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

MYLES TIMBRELL, 25, of Hardwick Hill, Banbury, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Banbury on October 21 and assaulting a man by beating him in Banbury on October 21. A community order was made and he must carry out 140 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and compensation of £200.

JASIAH HIGHTON, 19, of George Street, Banbury, admitted possessing cannabis in Banbury on January 6. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £85.

JACK SOUCH, 19, of Wychwood Drive, Milton-Under-Wychwood, admitted drink-driving in Milton Road, Milton Under Wychwood on January 6. Had 74mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Fined £250, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

MALCOM PLAISTED, 31, of HM Prison Bullingdon, admitted stealing £147.46 worth of meat from Co-op, Kennington, on September 27, stealing laundry detergent worth £35 from Co-op, Oxford, on September 27, stealing £15 worth of cheese from Co-op, Oxford on October 3 and £100 worth of meat from Co-op, Oxford on October 8. Jailed for 56 days, must pay £100 compensation.

ROBERT WALSH, 47, of Banbury Road, Bicester, admitted breaching a restraining order by sending two Whatsapp messages to a woman in Ardley on January 29. Fined £266, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ROBERT BAKER, 33, of Green Ridges, Oxford, admitted dailing to provide a specimen for analysis at Banbury Police Station on January 19. Community order made and he must carry out 200 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 30 months.

ROMAINE MCKINTOSH, 32, of Liddell Road, Oxford, admitted stealing £520 worth of goods from Boots in Oxford Retail Park on January 13 and stealing £730 worth of goods from Oxford Retail Park on January 22. Sentenced to 24 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months. Must have treatment for drug dependency for six months, must pay £625 compensation
