The event, which will this year take place on August 2-4 at Abingdon Rugby Club, has been gaining in popularity since it launched in 2015.
In 2018 more than 2,000 people attended to enjoy live music, games, traders, a custom scooter show, as well as the annual rally through the south Oxfordshire countryside.
Bands due to play across the long weekend include The Highliners, The Corsairs, as well as King Hammond and the Rude Boy Mafia.
Each rally is themed, with this year's being the Wild West.

Organiser Vince Wooloff created the event after friend Ron Morgan died of cancer. The majority of money goes to the Teenage Cancer Trust, with £28,000 raised for the charity from the first four rallies.
Other charities that benefit are Scotty’s Little Soldiers, a bereavement charity for children who have lost military family members, and CLIC Sargent, a charity that helps young people with cancer and their families. Tickets are £20 in advance or £30 on the gate. Visit the Oddballs Rally Facebook page for more information.
