Gillian Hamnett, director of student welfare and support services said: “It’s very normal to feel worried about exams, but we want students to know that help is at hand. The university has developed a range of helpful resources.”
Events such as exam preparation sessions provide students with advice and guidance about planning revision and managing their time.
The Stress Less webpage also lists various welfare and support workshops open to students.
Ellie Macdonald, welfare spokeswoman at Oxford University Student Union, said: “Exams can be really stressful for a lot of students, which is why we’ve been supportive of the Stress Less campaign.”
