A DEVELOPER has said its 10 new homes near Abingdon are aimed at the over 60s.
Blue Cedar Homes says its Southmoor Gardens development in Kingston Bagpuize has been created with 'present needs and future changes' in mind.
The luxury properties are designed for retired or near-retired people looking for a low-maintenance home.
Sales and marketing director Chris Fayers explained: “In moving to a low-maintenance property that can cater for changing needs, you do not have to compromise on quality or location. You don’t have to say goodbye to spacious layouts and generous rooms or the kind of neighbourhood you’re used to.”
