RICHARD BUNCE, 45, of Home Close, Carterton, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on December 9 at Witney. Had 47mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was £346 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and disqualified from driving for 14 months.

ALIKATORAS EFTHYMIOS, 43, of Merton Street, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on September 16 at Banbury. Had 71mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £276 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

PAWEL KALINOWSKI, 34, of Ruscote Avenue, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on December 8 at Warwick Road, Banbury. Had 72mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £276 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

MATTHEW POTTER, 32, of Howard Road, Banbury, admitted possessing five wraps of cocaine at Banbury on October 14. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ADRIAN RYALL, 49, of Fewcott View, Bicester, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on December 8 at Souldern, Oxfordshire. Had 70mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was find £276 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

SIMON MARSHALL, 52, of Balliol Court, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between February 6 and March 6 at Banbury. He was fined £1,000 and must pay a victim surcharge of £100 and court costs of £145 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ROBERT BOLTON, 68, of St Johns Drive, Carterton, admitted being in charge of a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit on June 8 at Carterton. Had 209mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. He was fined £519 and must pay a victim surcharge of £51 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with 10 penalty points.

COLLIS KING, 27, of Fairspear Road, Leafield, admitted assaulting a woman at North Leigh on October 14. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

MICHAEL REEDER, 53, of Lancaster Place, Carterton, admitted assaulting a woman at Carterton on December 15. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

ASHLEY ENGLISH, 28, of Easington Road, Banbury, was convicted of assaulting one man and one woman at Bicester on September 21. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 30 days and participation in the building better relations programme. He must also pay compensation totalling £150 and a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £400.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

DAVID GEORGE FOUNTAIN, 35, of Bell Lane, Wheatley, was convicted of speeding at 56mph in a 40mph zone on the B4009 at Lewknor, on May 24. Fined £440, must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85. Four penalty points.

CHRISTIANA ELIZABETH GAIN, 21, of Webster Close, Thame, admitted failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing and offence between July 11 and August 8. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

KATY JANE MEASEY, 38, of Wood Farm Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between July 19 and August 16. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

MATTHEW OJ, 49, of Wood Farm Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding at 38mph in a 30mph zone in Rose Hill, Oxford, on May 20. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

KIRSTY ELAINE WARNER, 22, of Queens Close, Thame, was convicted of speeding at 47mph in a 30mph zone in Cuddesdon Road, Oxford, on May 23. Fined £175, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Four penalty points.

JANUSZ ZDRZYNSKI, 45, of Corndell Gardens, Witney, was convicted of speeding at 44mph in a 30mph zone in Ducklington Lane, Witney, on May 23. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

NADEAN MANZOOR, 44, of Badger Lane, Oxford, admitted indecent behaviour at Abingdon Police Station on December 20. Fined £200, must pay £50 compensation and £85 court costs.

DUA NOAH, 30, of Shirley Place, Oxford, admitted stealing £120 worth of meat and washing powder from Co-op, Old Marston Road, on December 10, stealing £120 worth of alcohol from Tesco, Cowley Road, on January 3, stealing £150 worth of meat and washing powder from Co-op, Old Marston Road, on December 20, stealing three bottles of Grey Goose worth £105 from Sainsburys in the Westgate Centre on December 26, stealing a pedal cycle from a man in Shoe Lane, Oxford on January 2 and stealing £21 worth of chocolates from Co-op, Old Marston Road, on January 2. Jailed for 34 weeks, must pay a £115 victim surcharge.

CHRISTOPHER ELLIOT RAWLINS, 22, of Heford Hill Lane, Littlemore, admitted drink driving in Ambassador Avenue, Oxford, on December 19. Had 84mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £250, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.
