A COLD spell is set to continue well into next week with temperatures barely reaching above freezing.
But significant snowfall is still not being predicted by forecasters.
Thursday night was the coldest so far this winter and the Met Office says temperatures will be below freezing again by Sunday.
Skies will be mostly grey but rain is not predicted until Tuesday.
Some snow fell on Oxfordshire earlier this week, resulting in excited posts on social media but the predicted heavy flurries never materialised.
