A ROAD was forced to close following a burst water main.
Denbighshire County Council put out a message on Monday, January 14 stating that Bishopswood Road was shut.
A spokesperson for Welsh Water said: "On Friday, January 11 we were notified of a burst water main on, Bishopswood Road, Prestatyn, and immediately sent a team to site to carry out the repair which was completed the following afternoon.
“During this time, one property temporarily lost water supply and was supplied with bottled water.
“As part of this emergency repair work, we had to close Bishopswood Road for a short period of time.
“We’d like to apologise for the inconvenience these emergency works may have caused and would like to thank customers and motorists for bearing with us.”
