A CELEBRITY judge has delved into the 'shocking' case of an Oxford honour killing for his latest TV series.
ITV's Judge Rinder's Crime Stories looked at the death of 19-year-old Arash Ghorbani-Zarin in a programme that aired on Wednesday afternoon.
The Oxford Brookes student was stabbed 46 times in a car in Rose Hill in November 2004 by his girlfriend's two brothers after she became pregnant.
Chomir Ali was found guilty of ordering sons Mohammed Mujibar Rahman and Mamnoor Rahman, 19 and 16 at the time, to kill Mr Ghorbani-Zarin, in Oxford Crown Court in November 2005.
In the 60 minute programme, Robert Rinder, who is not a real judge, dissected the case which was described as 'horrific and violent'.

Including interviews with family members and re-enactments of the events, the show followed the story of the murder from the start.
Tracing the background to the case through to the police investigation and eventual trial, the episode ended with Judge Rinder's own expert summary.
The show was the ninth episode in the fourth series of the programme which sees Judge Rinder, a criminal barrister, step out of his courtroom to look at real life cases.
