AN Oxford pub is serving two new vegan specials to mark 'Veganuary'.
From today, people can try Dodo Pub Co’s ‘Viva La Vegan’ pizza and ‘Tofu or Not Tofu’ burger.
The pizza is topped with crushed tomato, fresh basil, pesto Genovese and sun-dried tomatoes.

Tofu marinated in soya buttermilk cooked extra crispy makes up the burger with 'spicy slaw', chipotle mayonnaise, pickled cucumber and lettuce.
These new additions join the pub’s already-popular vegan menu staples.
Co-founder Leo Johnson said: “We love getting creative in the kitchen and reckon our newest vegan creations are so good, people won’t see giving up meat as a hardship at all.

“Veganuary aims to reduce the suffering of animals by inspiring and supporting people across the globe to go vegan for a month. It’s got to be worth giving a go.”
The new dishes will be served across the company's three pubs including The Rusty Bicycle in East Oxford and The Rickety Press in Jericho.
Dodo also owns and runs The Bottle of Sauce in Cheltenham.
