POLICE in Bicester have resorted to advertising parking rates in the town after slapping 19 drivers with tickets in one day.
The town's neighbourhood police time were out on Sunday on patrol of the town centre and caught numerous cars parked illegally.
The team dished out the various parking fines but online added their own advertisement and parking plea.
It said: "The Cattle Market car park as shown is only £2:50 for a whole day.
"Cheaper than our £30 tickets. #carparksarecheaper"
It was tweeted from @TVP_Bicester on Twitter.
