Oxpens car park
THE upper levels of a city centre car park will permanently close from Monday.
Decking at Oxpens is set to shut before being removed and relocated to Redbridge Park & Ride later this year.
On Monday, January 14, the number of spaces at the car park will reduce further when an extension closes.
The changes come after the expiry of planning permission granted during the construction of the Westgate Centre.
The rest of the car park will continue to operate for the next few months before being closed to make way for redevelopment.
